Role Overview

They are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment. You will be office-based with site visits, working on new build and refurbishment healthcare schemes.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tenders

* Support the management of project finances and cost control

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Monitor project progress and prepare reports

* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

* Contribute to procurement and contract administration

What they’re Looking For

* HNC or above in Construction (ideally a degree in Quantity Surveying)

* Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in Quantity Surveying

* Strong numerical and analytical skills

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

* Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software
