We're recruiting on behalf of a respected developer for an upcoming 12-unit residential new-build scheme. The project will utilise Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) construction, so proven experience in this method is a must.

They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead this project.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations on a 12-home SIPs new-build scheme
Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality control and H&S compliance
Maintain strong communication with the project team and stakeholders
Ensure the build meets the company's high standards throughout
Requirements

Proven Site Management experience on SIP construction projects
Track record delivering residential new-build schemes
Strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive quality, safety and programme performance
