A well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to its growing team. The successful Senior Project Manager will be joining a highly collaborative office delivering commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes across Greater London and the South East. The role offers the chance to work on a mix of refurbishment and new-build projects with values typically ranging from £5m to £100m.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking to step into a leadership-focused role with full client-facing responsibility, reporting into senior stakeholders and supporting the development of junior staff. The Senior Project Manager will be given full autonomy and the backing of a progressive consultancy with chartership support and clear routes for progression.

The Senior Project Manager's Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including procurement strategy, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement across the full project lifecycle. You will lead internal project teams and act as the key liaison between client and contractor throughout delivery.

The Senior Project Manager

Degree qualified in a construction-related subject

Ideally Chartered (MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB) or working towards

Proven experience in delivering complex schemes within consultancy environment

Strong pre-contract knowledge and client-facing skills
