A well-established, highly respected multidisciplinary construction company with offices across key UK locations are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Manchester team.

This forward-thinking organisation has secured a strong pipeline of public and private sector projects. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can make an immediate impact and is keen to progress their career.

The Role

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

Cost estimating

*

Regular client reporting

*

Cost control from project inception through to completion

*

Working predominantly within the public sector

About You

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

*

Strong client-facing and communication skills

*

Experience managing projects of varying values

*

A resilient and assertive approach

*

MRICS status (preferred but not essential)
