Quantity Surveyor – Oxford

Our client, a well-established Main Contractor renowned for delivering high-quality refurbishment projects, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven QS who wants to work on diverse, fast-paced projects and develop their career with a supportive and reputable business.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of refurbishment schemes across the region. Responsibilities include:

Managing costs across multiple refurbishment projects

Preparing bills of quantities, cost plans, and valuations

*

Liaising closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients

*

Monitoring project budgets, variations, and commercial risk

*

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

*

Supporting procurement and tender activities

*

Preparing and presenting commercial reports

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry

*

Ideally has refurbishment or fit-out project experience

*

Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

*

Is confident working both autonomously and within a team

*

Holds relevant qualifications (degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field)
