Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications

Work closely with architects, designers, and external consultants

*

Produce and coordinate technical information throughout all project stages

*

Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards

*

Contribute to project delivery from concept through to completion

Requirements

*

Minimum 3+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)

*

Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with UK building regulations

*

Experience working across multiple sectors (education, industrial, commercial, or residential)

*

Proficiency in ArchiCAD is a bonus, but not essential — full training will be provided

*

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
