We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a Sainsbury’s project in Hull. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established retail fit-out programme with a reputable contractor.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring works run safely and to programme

Manage subcontractors, trades, and labour on site

Maintain high standards of health & safety and site presentation

Liaise with the client, project team, and store management

Ensure RAMS and compliance documentation are in place and adhered to

Deliver quality workmanship in line with brand and project expectations

🧰 Requirements:

Joinery background is essential

Proven experience managing retail fit-out or supermarket refresh projects

SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (essential)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to lead teams and push programme when required

Previous Sainsbury’s or supermarket experience preferred but not essential
