Overview
A specialist joinery and fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in joinery, to oversee the successful delivery of joinery and installation works across multiple London-based projects.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent site coordination skills, and a proactive approach to Health & Safety, quality, and programme management.

Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Delivery
·Oversee day-to-day operations on multiple joinery installation projects across London.
·Manage the delivery of joinery packages, ensuring high-quality installation in line with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
·Coordinate site logistics, sequencing of works, labour management, and subcontractor activities to maintain programme.
Joinery & Technical Expertise
·Apply strong joinery knowledge to support site teams, resolve technical issues, and ensure accurate, high-quality installation.
·Review drawings, details, and specifications to ensure correct interpretation and buildability.
·Liaise with workshop, design, and production teams to clarify details, track manufacturing progress, and manage deliveries to site.
Quality & Compliance
·Monitor installation quality to ensure all works meet required standards and client expectations.
·Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant regulations.

Requirements
·Proven experience as a Site Manager within joinery, fit-out, or interior installation.
·Strong technical understanding of bespoke joinery installation and associated trades.
·Strong knowledge of H&S requirements on construction sites (SMSTS/SSSTS preferred).
·Full right to work in the UK.
