The Opportunity
Our client is one of the fastest-growing housing associations in the Northwest, offering excellent long-term opportunities within their responsive maintenance team. They are now seeking an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join their Liverpool team, working across both occupied and void social housing properties.

Key Duties

Install complete kitchens, including units, worktops, sinks, and associated fixtures

Carry out all aspects of joinery repairs and maintenance relating to kitchen installations

Complete minor multi-trade tasks where required (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling)

Work on both planned and reactive maintenance across tenanted and void properties

Deliver high-quality workmanship while representing the organisation professionally

Engage positively with tenants/customers, ensuring excellent customer service

Complete all works safely and in line with health & safety guidelines

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery or a recognised Kitchen Fitting qualification (must be able to provide proof)

Proven experience fitting kitchens in social housing or similar domestic environments

Full UK driving licence

Must be clean shaven for the Face Fit

No more than 6 points on licence; no alcohol/drug-related bans

Strong communication and customer service skills
