Our client, a Main Contractor / Developer, requiring no introduction, has recently broken ground on £100m+ build project in East London.  We have been asked to supply a top class Design Manager to support the Head of Design on this 40+ storey tower project………….

– Are you an experienced Design Manager with good major project know how?
– Have you worked on high rise, high profile build projects in London?
– Team Player?  Fancy working as part of an elite Project Team on this prestigious scheme?

Design Manager roles & responsibilities:

– Working with the Head of Design to develop the design plan / final design solution
– Coordinating and working through various RIBA deisgn stage processes
– Maintaining company policy / best practice at all times
– Ensure the design process recognises compliancy issues, current legislation, standards and codes of practice
– Recording and communicating all design amends

Design Manager experience required:

– Minimum 5 years post qualified experience
– Tier 1 Main Contractor / Developer experience
– Major Project experience
– Degree educated 
– Full understanding and experience of working the RIBA process
