They are now looking for driven, confident and commercially-minded Business Development Managers to sell their flagship, high-ticket business academy programmes to ambitious business owners across the UK.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

*

Convert warm, qualified leads from national events, marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries

*

Deliver high-impact discovery calls, consultations and closing presentations (virtual & face-to-face)

*

Attend and sell at major events across the UK

*

Manage your pipeline using CRM systems and daily KPIs

*

Work closely with a high-performance Sales Manager to hit and exceed targets

*

Represent the brand with professionalism, energy and absolute belief in the product

📊 Performance Expectations

*

Target: 8 sales per month

*

Average order value: £18,000

*

Monthly rep revenue: £144,000 based on target performance

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes high-performance consultative sales.
