Job Title: Working Foreman
Location: Guildford
Salary: £35k – £45k + package (maybe more depending on experience)
Sector: High end residential

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specializes in the delivery of high end client build properties across the South. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a Working Foreman to work on a £1m refurbishment project in Guildford.

Requirements:

*

Carpentry/Joinery background with good experience working on high end projects

*

Someone who is wanting to learn and develop further up to Site Manager level

*

Someone capable of running a small site when needed, site inductions, H&S, locking up, opening up, issuing site drawings, giving direction to subcontractors etc.

*

Relevant qualifications to be on site, ie. CSCS Card, SSSTS, First Aid
