Location: Sutton, Surrey
Salary: £75k – £80k
Hours: Full-time

Holiday: 21 days + Bank Holidays

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong commercial/educational background. This role involves managing costs and contracts across a variety of projects, including new builds and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Managing project finances and monitoring costs throughout the build
Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements
Working closely with project managers and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budgetWhat we're looking for:

Approximately 20 years' experience in quantity surveying
Proven commercial background with strong cost control skills
Experience in new build and refurbishment projects
Solid understanding and practical experience with JCT contracts
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software
