Project Manager

A growing, regional property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager in its Birmingham office. The Project Manager will support project delivery across a mix of commercial, residential and heritage projects throughout the Midlands.

This is an exciting role for a Project Manager who is looking for a hands-on role with a client-facing focus. The Project Manager will join a team that values individual development and provides clear support towards chartership.

The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will be involved in both pre- and post-contract duties including procurement, risk management, and site monitoring. Projects range from small refurbishments to large-scale regeneration schemes.

The Project Manager

Degree in a construction-related discipline

3+ years' project management experience

Comfortable working across multiple sectors

Ambition to work towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB
