Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Partner of a MEP Quantity Surveying consultancy team in London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) with Director ambitions.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a top cost consultancy and a team of 7 MEP Quantity Surveyors who are working across an array of impressive projects including residential towers, labs, schools, mixed use, commercial and much more.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will predominantly carry out pre contract services including preparing riba stage 1 & 2 elemental cost plans and detailed measuring.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS is preferred. Minimum requirement: Quantity Surveying degree
Must have PQS/Consultancy experience
MEP background
Strong pre contract knowledge

£70,000 – £80,000
