About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Gateman to join a busy construction site in Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure site entrance, directing vehicles, supporting site logistics, and ensuring that all visitors follow site safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Control access to and from the site, ensuring all visitors sign in/out

*

Check deliveries and direct vehicles safely around the site

*

Monitor site traffic and maintain clear communication with site management

*

Maintain a clean and organised gate area

*

Follow all Health & Safety procedures

*

Assist with basic labouring or site duties when required

Requirements

*

Valid CSCS card (essential)

*

Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification (preferred)

*

Previous experience as a Gateman or in a similar role

*

Good communication skills and a professional approach
