Job Title: Site Manager – Flat Roofing Project
Location: Leytonstone, London
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Experience Required: Flat Roofing

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 6-month flat roofing project based in Leytonstone. This role requires someone confident in managing on-site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations for the roofing project

Lead, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and site teams

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

*

Monitor progress, quality, and materials

*

Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

*

Report on project milestones and resolve any site issues promptly

Requirements

*

Proven experience in site management for flat roofing projects (essential)

*

Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes

*

SMSTS/SSSTS certification (preferred)

*

First Aid qualification (advantageous)

*

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
