Their Project Managers come from strong Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying backgrounds and deliver projects ranging from £5m to £50m across:

Mixed-Use Developments (Resi, Offices, Restaurants, Hotels)
High-Rise Residential
Heritage & Museum refurbishments
Specialist Health & Care facilities

The Right Candidate

You’ll be an experienced Project Manager with a QS or Building Surveying background and:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying
A proven track record leading your own projects
Experience within a Construction Consultancy or client-side team
The ability to commute to Plymouth (or plans to relocate)
Chartered status (ideal, not essential) Most importantly, you’ll thrive on responsibility, enjoy variety, and want to work with a team that genuinely values capability over hierarchy.
