About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a dynamic and growing construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects within education, healthcare, and heritage sectors, primarily focused on refurbishment works. Projects typically range from £1m to £5m, and the team delivers a high volume of tenders each year, ensuring a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for refurbishment projects across core sectors.
* Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to produce detailed pricing.
* Source and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions.
* Maintain market knowledge and contribute to value engineering initiatives.
