Electrical Engineer – Facilities Management

Location: Sheffield (Static Boeing Site)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: 42k

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Engineer to join our Facilities Management team, working on a static, high-profile Boeing site in Sheffield. This is a customer-facing position where you will be the primary point of contact on-site, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and reliability of all electrical systems.

This role requires a self-starter who is confident working independently for extended periods while delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.

Diagnose and repair electrical faults across building services and site equipment.

Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance, safety standards, and FM processes.

Act as the main on-site representative, liaising with the client and providing exceptional customer service.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting as required.

Support wider FM operations and escalate issues when necessary.

About You

Proven experience within Facilities Management in an electrical engineering role.

Strong background in electrical maintenance and PPMs on commercial or industrial sites.

Confident working independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Ability to problem-solve, prioritise workload, and manage tasks effectively.
