Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver a variety of facilities management project works.. You will be responsible for managing projects ranging in value from £35,000 to £1,000,000, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate project opportunities within an existing portfolio of contracts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and feasibility.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including estimating, tendering, subcontractor management, and site operations.
Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and company health, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain full financial control of projects, including P&L accountability.
Build strong relationships with clients and supply partners to support business development.
Provide regular progress reports and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in project management within M&E, FM, construction, or a critical environment.
Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of construction health and safety legislation and project management methodologies.
Ability to travel across the UK as required.Qualifications:

Recognised technical qualification in construction, mechanical/electrical engineering, or similar.
Understanding of CDM regulations.
