Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Position Available**

**Responsibilities**
– Implement a comprehensive and integrated Project Valuation Programme to ensure commercial success.
– Manage feasibility studies and estimate materials, time, and labor costs to deliver optimal solutions.
– Take ownership of cost management throughout all stages of the project, from inception to financial closure.
– Prepare and monitor cash flow, monthly cost reports, and client payment applications.
– Handle the procurement of subcontractor packages and oversee contract administration to protect project interests.
– Monitor variations and claims, ensuring accurate documentation for extensions of time and expense claims.
**Qualifications**
– Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally in the residential M&E sector.
– Strong ability to review technical drawings for valuations and take-offs.
– Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
– Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in commercial or residential projects.
