We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead an industrial office fit-out project in Twickenham. This is a No.1 on-site position responsible for day-to-day delivery, health & safety, coordination of trades, and ensuring the project is completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary site lead (No.1) for the duration of the 20-week project

*

Manage daily site operations and report to the project team

*

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently

*

Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with drawings/specifications

*

Oversee site H&S, inductions, permits, RAMS and daily documentation

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers as required

*

Track progress, manage short-term programmes, and flag issues early

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on office or industrial fit-out projects

*

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor management

*

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (mandatory)

*

Ability to work independently and maintain high professional standards
