Location: Nottingham (Office-Based)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Car + Phone + Laptop + Pension + Bonus

A well-established Midlands M&E Design & Build Contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical projects ranging from £50k to £5m+. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality, multifaceted building services solutions.

The Role

*

Manage HVAC projects from initial specification through to commissioning and handover

*

Develop technical documentation, drawings, and plant/equipment schedules

*

Place orders and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

*

Manage project costs, variations, monthly applications, forecasts and final accounts

*

Oversee site works, attend meetings, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues

*

Ensure smooth commissioning, O&M preparation, and client support

What You’ll Need

*

10+ years’ experience in Mechanical HVAC D&B projects

*

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building services principles

*

HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical Building Services (or equivalent experience)

*

Experience with AutoCAD and an understanding of BIM (advantageous)

*

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to work independently and within a team
