M&E Quantity Surveyor

A unique, M&E biased construction consultancy are seeking a confident M&E Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on a £15m project in Wimbledon.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will report into a commercial manager, be comfortable preparing high level cost reports, and will be able to "hold their own" in meetings.

The Director is ideally seeking a M&E Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor background, but also open to quantity surveyors from a PQS / Construction Consultancy environment.

Location: London

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package
