Your new role
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on their construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
