Senior Quantity Surveyor – a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across the East Midlands region.

Salary & Package:
– Great basic salary of £72,500 – £82,500 (DOE)
– Company Car or Allowance (£7,000)

Requirements:
– Experience managing sub-contractor variations
– Experience working with a building contractor
– Experience dealing with final accounts
– Industry related qualification

Key Duties:
– Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
– Dealing with variations and valuations
– Input during pre-construction stage
– Production of CVRs

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+
