SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL

Our client is a Residential Developer / Contractor involved in the delivery to completion of a range of “High Rise” Residential schemes in the £50M – £200M Range in and around London.

To support their Senior Management team they now require an experienced “Senior Project Manager”, ideally with a Tier 1 Main Contracting / operational background on major residential developments.

A key aspect of the role will be focussed on pre-construction, cost planning and design development involving the formulation of procurement, programme and cost plan of complex High Rise Residential development schemes.

The ideal candidate will have aspects of the following profile / background.

* Commercial Main Contracting / Medium to Major Project background.

* Degree qualified with a Construction discipline

* Experience of complex High value residential developments.

* Experience of managing the design process through all Design Stages

* The individual must have the ability to take a holistic approach to the scheme and take total ownership of Design Solutions for your Project.

* An understanding of delivering “High Rise” residential development projects.

* Experience of successful engagement and working with development partners including Local Authorities, design teams, private developers, funders, grant making bodies and internal and external projects teams

We are looking for someone with a Residential development background thorough knowledge of the development and construction process from inception and feasibility through to completion, handover and operation.

This is a key Operational Project Management role to focus on the full range of pre-construction activities for High Rise Residential Development Projects in and around London. Ambition and career development will be matched by Delivery within the role.
