Health & Safety Manager – Dublin Airport
RINROW CIVIL ENGINEERING LTD is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead the safety function on a major civils and infrastructure programme at Dublin Airport. This is a key leadership role on a high-profile, safety-critical project within a live aviation environment. Applicants must meet all minimum prerequisites listed. Essential Requirements
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification
IoSH membership
10+ years construction health and safety management experience
3+ years airside experience in a live airport environment
Valid EU/ROI driving licence
Ability to pass Garda Vetting, police clearance (UK, EU or country of residence) and Dublin Airport Authority airside pass compliance
Right to Work Requirement
Full Right to Work in Ireland
Irish Stamp 4 or above
EU passport with unrestricted work rights

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Valid Safe Pass
Current DBS or international police clearance suitable for airside work
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
Familiarity with DAA safety rules and aviation-sector procedures

Managing audits, inspections, incident investigations and reporting
Supporting temporary works, RAMS reviews and safety planning
Engaging with senior stakeholders and project leadership
Ensuring compliance with SHWW legislation and DAA requirements
Coaching operational teams to uphold best practice
