Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Quantity Surveyor – a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from £50m to £500m+.

The initial project consists of new build expansion works to an exsisting public sector building (£300m).

Salary & Package:
– Great basic salary of £85,000 – £90,000 (DOE)
– Company car or allowance (£6,000)

Requirements:
– Experience managing sub-contractor variations
– Experience working with a building contractor
– Experience dealing with final accounts
– Industry related qualification

Key Duties:
– Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
– Dealing with variations and valuations
– Input during pre-construction stage
– Production of CVRs

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £20m+.
