We’re looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead our clients Planned Works Division, delivering external refurbishment projects across their domestic, social housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planned works programmes

*

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships

*

Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards

*

Lead on compliance, H&S, and reporting

About You:

*

Strong background in planned works – K&B, externals, FRA works

*

Proven contract management experience in social housing

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

IT skills, competent in MS packages
