Head of Product Development

The company is a global manufacturer of specialist construction products used by some of Europe’s leading Building Contractors delivering large scale Commercial, Industrial and Residential developments .

Due to ambitious growth plans, they’re looking to appoint a Head of New Product Development (NPD) to enhance their senior leadership team.

Based in an office near Bromsgrove and reporting directly to the board, this role will lead and mentor a team while driving innovation, design and development of new products aligned to the company strategy. It plays a critical part in maintaining market competitiveness and supporting long-term growth.

They’re seeking someone from an Product Development or Product Management background with construction sector experience who can demonstrate end-to-end product lifecycle experience and a strategic approach to product development.

* £90k–£100k basic salary
