We are representing a leading passive fire protection contractor seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee site-based delivery across multiple luxury residential developments in Central and South East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Supervisor who thrives in a compliance-led environment and takes pride in ensuring safety-critical works are delivered to the highest standards. You will play a key role in coordinating operatives, maintaining site quality, and supporting the Site and Contracts Managers in delivering passive fire protection projects seamlessly across prestigious residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities for a Supervisor

* Supervise daily passive fire protection works across high-end residential sites.

* Coordinate operatives and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to programme.

* Act as a professional point of contact on site, supporting the Site Manager and Contracts Manager.

* Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and ensure works meet FRA specifications.

* Monitor progress against programme, reporting updates to senior management.

* Uphold health & safety standards, ensuring RAMS and CDM requirements are followed.

* Assist with site documentation, compliance records, and handover processes.

* Support continuous improvement and contribute to efficient project delivery.

Requirements for a Supervisor

* Proven experience supervising passive fire protection works (fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation).

* Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance standards.

* Experience within high-end residential or occupied environments is highly desirable.

* SSSTS (minimum) or SMSTS, CSCS Gold/Black card (or equivalent).

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Ability to manage operatives effectively and maintain a professional presence on site
