A leading international consultancy is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join their team on a flagship hyperscale data centre project based in Finland. This is a key appointment offering the chance to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a high-profile data centre programme.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the project planning function for a major hyperscale data centre development.
Work closely with the end client, main contractors, and internal project teams to ensure robust planning and scheduling across all project stages.
Develop, maintain, and optimise detailed construction schedules in alignment with project objectives.
Analyse progress, identify potential risks or delays, and provide mitigation strategies.
Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and programme updates for senior stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and project controls systems.
Experience & Requirements

Extensive data centre experience-ideally hyperscale or large-scale mission-critical environments.
Strong background in main contracting, with a track record of delivering complex construction projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard planning software (e.g., Primavera P6).
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international project environment.
