Company Overview:
We are working with a well-established building services contractor based in Canary Wharf, delivering high-value commercial MEP projects across London. With projects valued up to £5,000,000, the business has a strong reputation for quality delivery and long-term client relationships. They are now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee electrical packages on multiple commercial projects, working closely alongside the Mechanical Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression within a high-profile, busy contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage delivery of electrical works on multiple commercial projects in Canary Wharf and surrounding areas.

Work closely with the Mechanical Project Manager to coordinate MEP packages.

*

Lead and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and junior engineers.

*

Monitor project budgets, programmes, and progress, ensuring financial targets are met.

*

Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures.

*

Attend site and project meetings, reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or senior electrical project lead within commercial MEP projects.

*

Experience delivering projects up to £5,000,000.

*

Ability to manage multiple schemes simultaneously.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Commercially aware with strong understanding of project financials.

*

Experience working closely with Mechanical PMs on integrated MEP projects.

*

Based within a commutable distance to Canary Wharf, London.
