We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Civil business based in Hertfordshire.
Some of your roles and responsibilties, will be as follow:
* Pre-construction;
* Assist with tendering & estimating & work winning
* Tender / prestart meetings
* Subcontract reviews / negotiations
* Project commercial management of 2-5 projects ranging up to £2m each;
* Cost & value reporting / forecasting
* Applications for payment
* Change management (NEC & JCT)
* Contract administration
* Procurement
* Reconciliations
* Record keeping
* Final account agreements
