Job Title: M&E Supervisor
Contract Duration: 6 Months – Umbrella
An excellent opportunity for an M&E Supervisor to support the onshore Mechanical & Electrical scope for a major offshore wind project. This role will play a key part in defining onshore M&E strategy, supporting installation activities, and ensuring safe and efficient delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the onshore M&E installation scope as part of the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Project.
Collaborate with the electrical engineering team on documentation, reporting, and technical deliverables.
Act as a key interface between engineering teams and M&E contractors, ensuring smooth coordination.
Assist in the execution of onshore pre-assembly activities alongside the electrical engineering lead.
Oversee and support contractor teams, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and expectations are clearly communicated.
Ensure safe and compliant execution of all wind turbine M&E activities in line with legislation, company standards, and project procedures.
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of mechanical and electrical tasks
Qualifications/Requirements:
Electrical or electrotechnical qualification (HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
Recognised apprenticeship or technical training in electrical engineering or M&E disciplines.
Experience supervising M&E activities on large-scale construction, wind, or power generation projects.
