Pre-Construction Manager
Salary: up to £90,000 + package (car allowance or car, health, pension, bonus)
Start: ASAP (candidates on one month notice or less preferred)

A leading main contractor is looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Manager to join its established pre-construction division. The team currently sits at around fifteen people, and due to several major PCSAs coming up (circa £100 million), the business is keen to bring in an experienced individual who can immediately add value.

This opportunity would suit someone who comes from either a Pre-Construction or Senior Design Management background. You will need to be a do-er who enjoys getting stuck in, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can operate confidently at a senior level. The role is full-time office based with no hybrid arrangement, so you will need to be comfortable working closely with the team day-to-day.

Key requirements:

Experience working on large-scale projects, ideally within student accommodation or residential
Strong background in high rise and RC frame schemes
Confident managing PCSAs and early stage project development
Able to work effectively within a large pre-construction team
Strong technical understanding and the ability to drive design solutions
Previous experience within a main contractor is essentialWhat is on offer:
