Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
Location: Manchester

We're looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a multi-award winning architectural practice with over 50 years of heritage and a reputation for pushing boundaries in transformative design.

Our client is a well-established firm that has previously been ranked among the UK's top 100 architectural practices. They have a strong track record of reimagining and rejuvenating diverse building types, from historic renovations to contemporary educational facilities.

The practice has delivered numerous award-winning projects across the heritage, cultural, and education sectors, with particular expertise in transforming existing buildings into inspiring contemporary spaces.
Essential Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
Strong technical design and detailing expertise
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Sound knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods
Experience working on projects from design stages through to completionKey Responsibilities:

Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
Working on heritage buildings, educational facilities, and cultural projects
Coordinating with consultants and ensuring technical compliance
Supporting the delivery of complex refurbishment and new-build projects
