Freelance Site Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join our team on a new build care home scheme in Sunderland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee day-to-day site operations on a high-quality, fast-paced project.

🔨 Key Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build construction projects

*

Lifting Operations experience essential (LOLER/appointed person or similar certification highly desirable)

*

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site activities efficiently

*

Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance

*

Ability to maintain high standards of quality and ensure work is completed on schedule

*

CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid preferred
