We are seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a PFI Healthcare site in the West Midlands, delivering Lifecycle Reprofiling Surveys as part of an ongoing asset management programme.

🔧 Role Responsibilities:

Carry out detailed PFI lifecycle reprofiling surveys across a live healthcare environment
Capture asset data using a tablet and dedicated asset capture software
Ensure accurate, consistent condition assessments and data quality
Liaise with onsite teams to coordinate access and minimise disruption
Work independently while meeting programme deadlines📍 Location: West Midlands (Healthcare facility)

💼 Requirements:

Proven experience in building surveying, ideally within healthcare or PFI environments
Strong understanding of lifecycle surveying and asset condition reporting
Competent using digital tools, tablets, and asset management software
Basic DBS required; Enhanced DBS desirable
Ability to start immediately and commit to the full programme duration
