The Role
The successful candidate will play a key part in the delivery of multi-million-pound developments, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and consultants. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting procurement strategy and negotiating with suppliers

Evaluating tenders and preparing contract documentation

Conducting ongoing cost control, valuations, and financial reporting

Advising on risk management and value engineering opportunities

Ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements

Candidate Profile

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

*

MRICS or working towards chartership

*

Experienced in residential or mixed-use development (London experience advantageous)

Detail-driven, commercially astute, and confident in their approach

Skilled in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
