Day-to-Day Duties (Site Manager)

Overseeing day-to-day site operations on this healthcare fit out project

*

Managing subcontractors, trades, logistics, and site activities

*

Ensuring the fit out programme is delivered safely, on time, and to spec

*

Holding daily briefings and toolbox talks

*

Coordinating with the Project Manager and design teams

*

Managing RAMS, site paperwork, inductions, and compliance

*

Reporting on progress and maintaining quality across all fit out works

*

Ensuring the facility is delivered to healthcare standards and client requirements

Required Experience (Site Manager)

*

Previous experience as a Site Manager on fit out or refurbishment projects

*

Strong background in healthcare, hospital, clinical, or laboratory projects is desirable

*

Excellent knowledge of fit out sequencing, quality control, and H&S

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)

*

Ability to lead teams and manage demanding programme deadlines

*

Strong communication and reporting skills

*

Experience delivering complex fit out packages

£60,000 – £70,000 base salary
