About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile commercial fit‑out project at London Bridge. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a major interior project from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring top-quality delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project management, coordinating teams and subcontractors, while driving efficiency, safety, and programme milestones.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation to handover.
*
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver work safely, on time, and within budget.
*
Coordinate with clients, designers, and senior management to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
*
Monitor budgets, resources, and schedules; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
*
Enforce health and safety standards across the project.
*
Conduct regular site inspections, progress reporting, and quality assurance checks.
*
Prepare handover documentation, snagging lists, and ensure smooth project close‑out.
Requirements / Experience
*
Proven experience managing commercial fit‑out projects, ideally in London.
*
Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out construction techniques, M&E coordination, and finishes.
*
Experience with client liaison, subcontractor management, and programme management.
*
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and risk management.
*
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
