Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT & Facilities Support Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our client’s office IT systems and facilities. This is a hands-on role offering variety across IT support, building maintenance coordination and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first-line desktop IT support to staff

* Day-to-day management of company IT systems and liaison with external IT providers

* Manage IT licences, service agreements and compliance

* Assist with procurement of IT equipment

* Support new internal IT projects as directed

* Create reports from business systems using Excel and analyse data

* Day-to-day management of office buildings, workshops and yard facilities

* Obtain quotations for building and maintenance works

* Coordinate repairs, inspections and planned maintenance

* Act as the main point of contact for facilities-related issues

* Support the IT & Facilities Manager with additional duties as required

Essential Requirements:

* Strong IT skills

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Good health & safety knowledge

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Ability to manage contractors and service providers

* Results-driven with strong problem-solving ability

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Continuous improvement mindset

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
