Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, your new role will support the company by identifying, controlling and forecasting timescales and resource requirements whilst implementing best practice project planning policy, processes and procedures during the full lifecycle of projects from tender through to completion.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience of working in a similar planning role with knowledge of using Microsoft Project, Asta or even P6 Primavera will be considered. This is a permanent vacancy and will be based in their Co. Donegal office where you will work closely with their operational and commercial teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in construction planning.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
