Project Manager – Complex Cut & Carve / High-End Fit-Out

Central London | Up to £90,000 + package

A leading London contractor with an exceptional reputation for delivering prestigious, high-value refurbishment and fit-out projects is seeking a technically astute Project Manager to take ownership of some of their most complex schemes across Central London.

This organisation is recognised as a market leader in complex cut & carve, structural re-modelling, high-end CAT A/B fit-outs and technically challenging refurbishment projects ranging from £5m–£40m. With a consistently strong financial performance and a growing portfolio of award-winning London projects, this is a rare opportunity to step into a role at the forefront of the capital’s most exciting construction work.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading major, technically demanding schemes from pre-construction through delivery and handover. Typical projects include:

Heavy structural cut & carve

Complex refurbishments in occupied or constrained London sites

CAT A fit-outs

Extensions, infills and reconfigurations

Super-prime, ultra-high-finish environments

You will manage project delivery end-to-end, including programming, procurement, subcontractor management, risk management, cost control, reporting, H&S compliance and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high-value (£10m–£40m) cut & carve, refurbishment and fit-out projects across Central London.

Manage all technical aspects including structural alterations, MEP coordination, logistics and high-end finishes.

Drive programme, coordination, quality assurance and project reporting.

Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and contract administration.

Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain.

Ensure exceptional standards of finish aligned to award-winning project expectations.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven background delivering complex cut & carve and London refurbishment / fit-out projects.

Experience managing multi-million-pound schemes, ideally up to £30m–£40m.

Strong technical understanding of construction methodology, structural works, sequencing and MEP integration.

Commercial awareness with experience of cost, procurement and contractual management.

Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple high-level stakeholders.

Proactive, detail-driven and solutions-focused.
