What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS) with proven experience in both consultancy and project delivery. You’ll be instrumental in managing diverse client portfolios and leading complex projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage projects for Academy and Multi-Academy Trusts, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Write and submit winning Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) bids.
• Oversee projects for social housing clients, working within established consultancy frameworks.
• Deliver surveying and project management services for residential and commercial properties, with a focus on Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs).
• Prepare and submit successful BSR Gateway applications.
• Conduct and report on FRAEW and Type 4 Fire Risk Assessments.
What You’ll Bring
• MRICS qualification with senior-level experience in Building Surveying and Project Management.
• Strong track record in public sector consultancy, especially education and housing.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance for HRBs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
