Contracts / Project Managers / Site Manager – Fire Doors
Key Responsibilities
Manage fire door installation, replacement, and maintenance projects
Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient operations
Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets fire safety standards
Maintain strong client communication and professional reporting
Coordinate materials, schedules, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations
✅ What We're Looking For
Proven experience in fire door projects or passive fire protection
Strong knowledge of industry standards, including BM TRADA / FIRAS (advantageous)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines
Full UK driving licence
Based in or able to commute to London / Essex
