Job Responsibilities

Manage and deliver technical services and ensure compliance with standards. Work with contractors to meet performance targets set by Best Value Performance Indicators and Council Plans.

Person Specifications

Must Have:

Experience in technical services management.

Knowledge of statutory compliance in building services.

Ability to work with contractors to achieve targets.

Nice to Have:s

Familiarity with Best Value Performance Indicators.

Experience working in a council or public sector environment.
